This sales experience is one I would Rate as Excellent.
Shopping through Amazon, I found the item I wanted, a flexible computer keyboard, and went through a seamless and easy purchase procedure. The item arrived on time and matched the description online perfectly.
At every significant step of the process, I received an informational email so that I could follow the progress.
So:
1. The shipping time estimate was offered at the time of purchase. The keyboard arrived at my house with a day to spare and in any case, emails kept me apprised of the item's progress at significant points. ON TIME
2. I was looking for a flexible keyboard for my laptop with durability and functionality at the top of my requirements. At the Amazon website, I found a superior selection of flexible keyboards. The one I selected had customer feedback about the key action and its being waterproof, as well as anecdotal information about people keeping their keyboards for years, rather than the one year duration of service I was hoping for. When the keyboard arrived I found that the keys had good action and that it was not only waterproof, but airproof. The air is for flexiblility. Too much is obstructive, too little is shrink wrap, but this is just the right amount to keep the inner bits apart. In other words, the keyboard is not only as advertised, but also more than is advertised. I will have to wait a couple of years to let you know about its longevity. I'll get in touch then. 3. Customer Service manifested itself as a transparent process as much as possible. Signing up at the POP page was secure and easy. All the right questions were asked and it was almost mindless in operation. However, in spite of the ease of purchase order, customer service sent out emails letting me know of significant events. I didn't even need to read them all. It was enough to see that ANTOnline was paying attention. Unobtrusive and yet enough information. A good balance kept professionally.
