I purchased a bracelet and it is not good quality. I contacted them right away and asked for refund after about two emails they responded and they ask me to send a picture of the bracelet they sold me (give me a break you know what your bracelet looks like) I complied and took a picture of the bracelet emailed to Jewelryfinest.com and it's been over a week and still no response. I will be contacting BBB ASAP. I actually relied on the opinions of Epinions.com for the company website and it's a bunch bull. The jewelry is NOT QUALITY, BUYER BEWARE... CONTACT ME AND I WILL GIVE YOU THE REAL DEAL.
