I wish that I had found this vendor sooner because the last one that I tried to order from wasn't very honest. The first problem was that after two weeks form ordering, I still had not received the order; although my credit card was charged for it. After I contacted him to cancel the order, he said that he would send it to me without a shipping and handling charge, but then charged me on my credit card. When the product arrived, I refused to accept it, and the vendor wouldn't reverse the charge on my credit card.

The matter is still in limbo. I protested the charge to my credit card company, and they reversed the transaction and asked the vendor to explain his side. After considering both sides of the issue, they will decide who prevails.

The item was shipped the next day after I ordered it. Matter Of Facts sent me an email to let me know that it had been shipped and providing me with a UPS tracking number so I could monitor the delivery status. The toner cartridge arrived safely because it was properly packaged.
