I will NEVER use this vendor again!!

I was charged TWICE for a scanner that I ordered, which also resulted in an overdraft charge.

I was also hit with a $16.24 shipping charge even though the shipping calculator showed a zero cost. This happens because, although you may select free shipping, the default is not free, and the shipping charge selector is way off to the left, and it is rather small print. It is only shown at the last step of the ordering process. I had only noticed it after I had clicked to finish the order. Pretty sneaky...

When I realized the shipping charge, I tried to cancel the order. Their customer service (or rather disservice) had a long delay before they could acknowledge my order. After the order was finally recognized, the cancel order link would only bring up a message saying that the order could not be canceled. No one answers their phones either.

Now I have to fight them to reverse that charge. Given that they are nearly impossible to contact, I am certain this will be pure joy.

On the positive side, the scanner arrived in a few days.
