Placed my first order on 10/6/2009, I was not informed at that time that the cartridges were on backorder. I placed my second order on 10/12/2009 and again I was not informed that one of the items on this order was backordered. I was out of the office from the 13th untill the 20th which is when I checked on the status of my orders.
Both orders were still on backorder so I cancelled the first order and requested that the second order be shipped out without all of the items. It is now the 22nd and still nothing has shipped out so I will call today and cancel this order as well. The worst part is that I was never informed that these items were backordered. I had to go to the site myself and track down the status. So I can't tell you if their ink is any good but as for speed,communication and customer service they should go under. I usually use bluedogink.com and have always been happy with them but I thought I would try this place to save a couple of bucks. I do not know how they got all of the good reviews, maybe it was just my bad luck. I will never know since I will not try again. Live and Learn.
