my shopping experience at 3balls.com was okay but there was a slight problem with regards to shipping. instead of my order of 1 pair of golf shoes, the shipping department of 3balls.com sent me 2 pairs of golf shoes so i was surprised. i immediately called up 3balls.com customer service to relay the shipping problem. what i did was i just accepted 1 pair of golf shoes and refused to accept the other pair. i just told the fedex delivery guy to send it back from point of origin.

As a highly cynical consumer I can thoroughly recommend 3balls.com. I needed the golf clubs for my wife's birthday. I ordered online on the Thursday night. They shipped by noon on Friday and I had the clubs one day ahead of her birthday the following Tuesday. All-in-all an excellent service.
