 wanted this site to work so badly. Glasses are SO expensive, but as I have found out, you get what you pay for.  The process is very easy and I received my glasses quickly.  The first problem I found is that the glasses can appear slightly different than on the website and if you do not like the look once you receive them, you can return them but you only get a 60% credit, the rest is a "restocking fee". I did get a pair that I liked but afetr 2 months, the lenses began to spider crack around the edges. I sent them back and to their credit, they inspected them and returned the pair with a new set of lenses. Alas, now the second pair is begining to crack the exact same way. I am very gentle with these glasses and since it is cracking the exact same way, I will have to say it is a question of quality. So, while it was a good idea and the customer service and website is good, the bottom line is the product is just as described; a 39 dollar pair of glasses. If that doesnt phase you than use the site but I need my glasses to last more than two months, no matter how much I pay for them.
