Bombing down hills. Huge Carves. This is what comes to mind when riding the new BHNC. Everything is designed to handle speed, turn sharp, and let you have some serious fun while doing it. The deck is made of an 8 ply maple for extra stiffness, ensuring that you don't have too much flex when you are flying on this board. It has a deep concave for control, and it really locks your feet into position. The deck is wide for a good chunk of the board, so wherever you decide to plant your feet you will be accommodated nicely. The Charger trucks that is set up with are an incredible match. They turn very well thanks to the kingpin set perpendicular to the hanger. They were designed by Gullwing for downhill, and really shine when they are used for it. The 70mm/75A wheels give great grip in a variety of conditions. You can even break them free to slide a little if you push hard into a turn. The Greaseball bearings will last and last while providing a smooth ride. This board feels great under your feet, and turns exceptionally well. There is a reason this is in the platinum series, and once you jump on one you'll know too.

The 31.8" wheelbase puts this board in the small/ medium category. The trucks enables this board to take sharp turns easily, coupled with the Gullwing Alpine angled trucks the board pumps easily and has a flowing style that comes alive at slower speeds. This board excels at cruising around and carving. If you would like to bomb a hill every now and then, tighten up the trucks to keep it stable. Also, you may want to buy a wider set of trucks for more stability at higher speeds. The wheels (65mm/78A) provide excellent roll and won't wheel bite unless pushed at an extreme angle. The deck itself is a fiberglass laminate that not only looks amazing, but performs just as well. The deck has a small amount of flex and a small concave running the length of the board. The City Crusher has a small wheelbase to allow tight turns anywhere you may find yourself. It cruises like a board much bigger and redefines what a longboard really is. The deck is slightly cambered to allow a little flex giving it a lively feel. The board pumps easily, so you can keep going without having to drop your foot to push it. The Mission 1 trucks really shine when you loosen the bushings slightly. This gives the board a fast and free feel that emulates the feel of a larger cruiser, but with much tighter turning. The wheels have a big impact on this board, and it is a very good impact. Normally you wouldn't see 76mm on a board this size, but this works wonders. The wheels enable the board to roll over little debris and also give you a long roll. The Greaseball bearings roll smooth and are sealed to help keep dirt out. This little board packs a nice punch of carves, and is still small enough that you can take it anywhere with ease.
